Based in mindfulness, movement, and traditional yoga practice Andrew works with you to develop a resilient fascial or connective tissue network, ideal for reducing chronic pain, sleeping better and eliciting peak experience.

EXPLORING

8 Week Introduction to FORM - $1000

  • 8 Weekly practices designed to build a foundation of understanding around the fascia and it’s powerful connectivity within our bodies.

  • Classes are progressive and designed with a beginner in mind.

  • Weekly 30 min check in with Andrew for questions, support and guidance + Email support.

  • Live Class 1 X week to supplement the current teaching. Clients have access to the recording for one week.

  • Limited number of participants.


EXPERIENCING

Apprenticeship Program - $500/month

  • Available to clients after the completion of the 8 Week Introduction to FORM. 

  • Live private and small group classes 3 X a week working towards intermediate and advanced practices.

  • Weekend Workshops focusing on didactics.

  • RYT Teacher Training certification after 6 months of continuous enrollment. 

  • Group access and introduction to network of like- minded individuals.

  • Goals and Aspirations Workflows. 

  • Personal Text, Email & Phone Support. 


ANDREW CLEMENTS MA. BA. RYT. 

Andrew is a former professional athlete, and an aspiring musician and creative. He obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Kinesiology and Coaching Science from the University of British Columbia in 2004.  Over the past 20 years he has studied, practiced and taught yoga having obtained over 1000hrs of accredited  teacher trainings and has worked with numerous athletes, teams and individuals in an effort to continually produce peak experiences.
