7-Day Nervous System + Fascia Reset

For Athletes & High-Performers who feel tight, tired, or stuck — and know effort alone isn’t the answer.

Restore calm.
Rebuild resilience.
Train the body as one system.

Most people try to solve tension, pain, and fatigue by doing more.

More stretching.
More strength.
More effort.

But these issues are rarely strength problems.

They’re nervous system problems.

When the nervous system is overloaded, fascia becomes rigid and guarded.
When the system feels safe, fascia becomes elastic, responsive, and strong.

This reset is designed to restore that relationship.

This reset is for you if:

You train hard but struggle to fully recover

Your body feels chronically tight, heavy, or guarded

Stress shows up physically — in breath, focus, or pain

You want performance without burnout or forcing

And you’re willing to slow down, listen more closely, and work with your nervous system — not against it.

What’s included:

A 7-day guided reset delivered as a downloadable PDF

Short daily practices (10–20 minutes)

Fascia-focused breath and movement

Nervous system down-regulation

Simple mental rehearsal and integration

A clear arc from safety → coordination → reflection

Minimal equipement required (Yoga Block & 2 wodden dowells).

No prior experience necessary.

Just attention, breath, and presence.

How to use this reset:

Set aside 10–20 minutes per day

Move slowly, around 60% effort

Breathe through the nose

Stop before effort turns into strain

This work is subtle by design.

Subtle changes are often the most durable.

Athlete Testimonials:

“Andrew and his training methods created a bunch of new skills I could take with me on and off the field. He’s a wealth of knowledge and anyone interested in bettering their abilities as an athelte or person should invest in this program.” - Tagg Bozied former All-American college baseball player as well as member of the United States national baseball team.

Outcome Metrics:

The University of San Francisco (USF) Baseball team was subjected to once a week sessions for one hour during the 4 month in-season portion of their competitive training regime.  The sessions focused on belly breath, visualization and the Tensegrity Repair Series as a means for rebuilding a healthy fascial layer and producing peak performance in the athletes.  Findings indicate that 96% of the student athletes found the sessions enhanced their performance during competition.  The players used words like 'relaxing', 'calming', 'clearing', and 'confident' to describe the psychological sensations that were most common during the sessions.   Findings also reported a 31.4% increase in winning percentage from the beginning of the season to the end of the season suggesting a cumulative effect of the sessions.  USF Baseball recorded a 34-22 Win/Loss result during the 2013 Season and was selected as an At Large Bid as one of the 64 teams to participate in the 2013 NCAA College Baseball World Series Tournament; the first in program history.

ARRIVING: Getting To Know The Fascial Layer

An ubiquitous layer of fascia surrounds all the muscles and organs of the body.  It has been called the largest organ in the body or our organ of form.  We train this layer of the body to be well hydrated so that it can take its natural quality of elastic, incredibly strong and resilient.  Arriving here is subtle.  We pay particular attention to the quality of respiration, so as to reacquaint ourselves with a proprioceptive understanding of the “one muscle” of the body.

EXPLORING: Uncovering The Concept Of Tensegrity

Tensegrity is an architectural term that describes the connective properties of a free standing structure.  A tensile structure is balanced by an equal tension and compression system that allows for tremendous strength and flexibility.  When we apply this conceptual idea to the body we begin to incorporate a deeper connective quality to everything we do.  The Tensegrity Repair Series involves a series of simplified movements using a supportive wooden block and two wooden doweling.  Guided by a principle of 70% effort the series takes the student into new territory of connective quality in the body.

EXPERIENCING: The Elastic, Resilient And Supported Quality Of The Connective Tissue

Once internalized, that each part of the body is in contact and connected to every other part, our approach to movement heightens in its expression.  The student has an elevated sense of proprioception from which to approach a flexibility program or traditional Hatha Yoga Asana practice.  With this intelligence (and through consistent practice) the body remains in a state of quiet understanding, health, and remarkable strength.  The foundation of FORM allows for a fundamental organization and regeneration of the connective tissue.  Ultimately helping to keep you injury free and performing at your peak.
