8 Week Introduction to FORM - $1000-
8 pre-recorded practices delivered weekly designed to build a foundation of understanding around the fascia and its powerful connectivity within our bodies.
- Includes Props: 1 Block, 2 Dowells and 1 pair of Toe Spreaders (shipped to practioner).
- Classes are progressive and designed with a beginner in mind.
- Weekly check ins with Andrew for questions, support and guidance + text & Email support (TBD).
- Live weekly online classes to help supplement the current teaching. Clients have access to the recording for one week.
- Limited number of participants.
EXPERIENCING
Apprenticeship Program - $250/month- Available to clients after the completion of the 8 Week Introduction to FORM.

ANDREW CLEMENTS MA. BA. RYT.
Andrew is a former professional athlete, musician and creative healer. He obtained a Master of Arts Degree in Kinesiology and Coaching Science from the University of British Columbia in 2004. Over the past 20 years he has studied, practiced and taught yoga having obtained over 1000hrs of accredited teacher trainings and has worked with numerous athletes, teams and individuals in an effort to continually produce peak experiences.
